Donald Tusk is good pals with Ursula von der Leyen. She is President of the European Commission, from Germany and Israel's main cheerleader/protector in the EU.

Also worth noting that Politico is a pro-Israel media outlet. It's owned by German company Axel Springer, whose CEO previously told employees that they can leave if they don’t support the company’s pro-Israel stance. Their journalists must sign an agreement saying they will support Israel.

Anyway, Poland is undermining the validity of the world's highest legal institutions and making a mockery of justice.
