Quite possibly the best exploration, discovery, mystery, and light puzzle-solving game I've ever played. It's best to go in blind (even avoid the store page images!) and to play at your own pace. I cannot recommend Outer Wilds enough.

In short, you get a mini solar system to explore and unravel the mysteries of. Outer Wilds is designed in a way to draw your attention towards interesting places that give information to further your progress and to divert it from places that have nothing to give. In my opinion, it's a game that anyone, no matter their experience, can pick up and enjoy. If the world "puzzle" turns you off from trying this; don't worry, it initially turned me off from trying it, too. They aren't the classic "draw line to the exit of the grid, fit shapes into a box, place portals here and here to advance, etc.", but more about concepts and environmental exploration.

I highly encourage you to never look up a guide or walk-through if you feel stuck; the game provides all of the necessary tools from the very start, and the concepts to further your exploration into later areas are taught from exploration itself. If you feel like you're stuck, you can always explore somewhere else you haven't been which may introduce a concept you hadn't previously considered, or sleep on it and come back with a fresh mindset.
