Chicken Katsu Recipe.
What you need:
1. Chicken Breast (deboned)
2. Eggs
3. Flour
4. Breadcrumbs
5. Salt
7. Milk

Steps:
1. Cut chicken breast to the appropriate size and flatten it.
2. Salt the chicken to your liking.
3. Coat the chicken in flour lightly. Enough to cover both sides.
4. Dip coated chicken into whisked eggs with milk. Make sure to cover the whole chicken.
5. Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs thoroughly,
6. When oil is boiling, gently place the chicken in and fry till both sides are golden brown.
(do not cook with too high heat.)
