If you are having trouble linking Steam account with PSN and it takes you straight to the country selector and does not let you link activate VPN option if you are using Opera GX or any browser that has built in VPN function and set it to Americas. When you go back to the game screen and press the link account link it will take you straight to the right page. Just make sure you are logged in with the actual account you want to link. If you are not using a browser with built in VPN you can always use a third party service. I personally recommend Tunnel Bear for ease of use.
