This game is a very cute, mildly interactive screensaver. I can recommend it if that's what you're looking for otherwise it is far too slow. The decorations are also pretty expensive, which would be fine if money wasn't a slog.

Even for an idle game it feels way too slow and the balancing feels off (the epic fish that matured in 2 days makes less than the epic fish that matured in 1 day). There's no meaningful interaction other than holding right click to feed and even that is really only good for growing the fish that take minutes to mature. Trying to feed to boost the hours or days fish feels awful. No upgrades other than more tank space and more tanks. It's something you check on every few hours while you do something else. Which is fine if that's the kind of game you want, I just like a little faster pace and interaction in my idlers.

Recommend it on sale, disappointing ending, middling gameplay, very canned plot. The ending doesn't even see you return to the cats you were separated from in the beginning. You also really have to suspend huge amounts of belief to think that a cat cares the way Stray does. I'm a huge cat person, love cats with my life but I just...there isn't enough setup for me to believe that somehow cats became evolved enough to be the protagonist for a "puzzle" game. The plot is very, hohum. It feels too short of a story for what it was trying to do. I had high hopes for this game, especially for the amount of positive reviews, but overall for $30 I got a short game with decent enough graphics that I really just, didn't care for either way.

I played and finished the prototype months ago. I really enjoyed this. It felt awesome to be able to get more out of it. I really enjoyed it. Not very long but well the investment. Soundtrack was, in fact, banging.

How did it end up like this? It was only a click. (It was only a click)

Worth it for 99 cents. Not worth $2 though. Get it on the cheap or not at all. It's like Jetpack Joyride, except PC and space. Good for cheap though. Addicting as ♥♥♥♥, plays nice cause I have a touch screen.

Not really original, more of an achieve-get and done game. Also really great if you're a badge-♥♥♥♥♥. Another game, another badge.

Okay, for actual review (now that I've finished) I bought this game on the cheap for a light hearted, fun dating sim. I haven't cried this hard over something. This has a deep plot for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bird simulator.

There was nothing I didn't love about this. Deep dark plot, light hearted bird puns, material to make you question your sanity for the next eon. Good luck; have fun.

This is the most hardcore dress up game I've ever played.

But jokes aside I am absolutely in love with this game. Bought it as a pick-me-up (I'm sick as heck) and I fell in love. This game is brutual and unforgiving. I started off on Mortal (Normal) difficulty and I'm almost up to 400 deaths.

I could go on and on about how lovely and refreshing this game is. The art style is simple yet jaw dropping, the soundtrack is awesome, and all around this is a unique game with a good amount of replayability. Honestly, I've only completeed 2% of the game according to my pause menu but I look forward to grinding my way through to 100%.

If you like play dress up, getting your butt kicked, puzzles, or any combanation of the above I highly recommend this game. It's so refreshing to play platformers that put you in your place.

The only real issues I've had is with control mapping and fullscreen. When I first booted up the game it asked me to map my controller and I did but I found that pushing down on the joystick respawned me. It was only after I mapped the keyboard keys--to random buttons as I prefer controller--that the issue subsided. And there is no fullscreen at the moment. If you die with the game in fullscreen that's it, goodbye. Game goes black. But that's not an issue as I personally play on the highest resolution that isn't fullscreen and that fills up my computer screen anyway. So yea, not a huge deal.
