I've seen a bunch of streamers play the game but never wanted to try because I'm not generally good with horror games. I gave it a shot once I saw it on sale, and tried out normal mode. Nope, too scary lol. I switched to peaceful mode and had a great time - it went from a horror survival, to more of a "Survivor" TV show-like scenario, where I explored caves looking for my son after some horrible accident and a plane crash. I love the building and the survival aspects of the game, and eventually started a new game on normal now that I'm not so afraid and am better at being prepared. Can't wait to try SOTF!
