I like the part where you shoot the man with the gun the best!

This game made me Christian.

Hades X Painkiller X Dark Souls.

Fun, Frenetic, Addicting.

The patches are starting to roll out, but as of the 1.02 patch, the main quest "Visions of Truth" has a scripting bug that prematurely ends an important conversation and softlocks you out of further progression. I would wait until further patches if you are on the fence of purchasing.

The game itself is amazing when it works, much like the previous games in the series. A worthy sequel, warts and all. I just can't recommend buying it yet, as I've been unable to play for many days due to being locked out of the main quest.

12.20 update:
After not playing for weeks, they fixed my issue with the most recent 1.1 patch. I have since ran into a broken sidequest with a randomly dead questgiver. I like the game well enough to recommend it, just know that mods are essential -- particularly UETools to get access to the console commands.

Maybe it should have been made by two guys.
