Far Cry 5 is an addictive yet, downgraded version of the previous game sin the series. The silent protagonist doesn't fit my liking too well and the villains are nowhere even close to those from previous farcry titles. With this however, the actual gameplay is very fun and the gunplay is a big upgrade from previous games. You could easily sink alot of time into the main story and still not have done everything the game has to offer. There is a new game+ mode however, because of the sheer amount of content before finishing the game, I can't bring myself to play through the story again.

The map editor or "Arcade" as it's called is easily the best in the series. It brings over alot of features from Far Cry 4's editor like the single player level publishment but adds ontop of it by adding the use of assets from almost every ubisoft game since Far Cry 4 until Far Cry 5 (Including Assassin's Creed, Watch Dogs etc.) This allows for some really fun singleplayer and multiplayer custom maps to be available to the player. However, the multiplayer is kind of dead :( .
