Appearance:

Silver Lights takes the appearance of an emaciated, robotic humanoid standing well above his user's short stature. It has fluted shoulder pads and a notable spotted pattern over the entirety of its body. After being affected by Joakim's Twilight Requiem, it takes on a heavily rusted and decayed appearance.

Ability:

This stand is capable of causing any metal object to 「Rust」, causing it to both heavily oxidate and be permanently "fused" to the point in space it occupied when it was affected by Silver Light's power, regardless of speed or visibility. For instance, in Chapter 12, Palmer uses Silver Light's ability to instantly stop Joakim's getaway vehicle, while Joakim's retained momentum causes him to violently exit the car via the front window. The effect is only removed when Palmer wills it, or when the object is shattered into small enough pieces via outside forces.
