It's addictive for a while, then at a certain point after you complete the main story the game becomes boring and you spend some time without playing it, but you eventually come back and start finishing all that you've left behind.
While the graphics may look a bit outdated for some people (as the game is 6 years old by now), it means it can run well on most gaming PCs, even a GTX 1050 can run it at 60FPS.
The game does have plenty of DLCs, and while their content might be interesting if you're a Dragon Ball fan, I'd only suggest you buying them if they're on sale (which is not rare for them to be on).
Overall, I'd reccomend Xenoverse 2 to anyone who just wants to play a casual Dragon Ball game or wants to put hours into it. You can play the way you want.
