One of the worst games I've ever played.

Awful and unresponsive combat system, especially if you compare with Gothic 2. Some creatures are broken, like boars (if you are not using CP) or wolves (if you are using CP).
Quests are just some kind of joke, collect N items, kill N creatures with almost no context whatsoever. No memorable NPCs or dialogues, sometimes what characters are saying does not even make any sence. Old characters from Gothic 2 have zero motivation and just wander city they are tied to, and if you are lucky, they can give you little quest or 2-3 lines of dialogue. Main story is rushed and not interesting at all.
Nordmar is awfully designed providing ZERO help with orientation and even using the map i could not understand there the ♥♥♥♥ I am and where the ♥♥♥♥ should i go.
Leveling up is useless - wihout alternetive balance and AI combat is too easy, without it combat is just tedious and even more broken. But yeah, you need stats for new gear, so you can look more pretty idk.
Graphics are nice and visual design in general is really well-done. For it's time, it is really great, but even nowadays pc have some problems with gothic 3, so don't know if it is pro or con.

As a huge fan of Gothic and Gothic 2, for me this piece of ♥♥♥♥ is HUGE setback from previous games. And i'm not some kind of moron who says "EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT I DONT WANT CHANGES". Gothic 1 and 2 had many flaws but they also had some great ideas which were greatly implemented for early 2000-s. But this. This is just awful. Everything in this game is broken or half-broken at best. Yeah, they were short in time because of publisher but Piranhia Bites needed to understand what they can do with small budget and team which they had at the time, both they JoWood are guilty for this piece of programming code called Gothic 3. I really struggled through it, for 40 hours i've searched something good in it. But i have failed.
