this is one of those bad ports at launch...

At the first launch i waited around 18 min, because the game said it will adjust its settings itsellf, then after those 18 min i saw the beginning of the first cutscene with and awfull choppy frame rate and then it chrased.

i have a 2080, i7 skylake, 16 ram, 2k 144hz monitor, ssd for the OS/steam and loading the game form the Hdd, after playing another game with same engine some weeks ago (death stranding, great job kojima) i can say sony did an awfull job with this...
