This game has stood the test of time remarkably well, with gameplay that feels just as engaging as many modern titles. The pacing is spot-on, steadily introducing new mechanics to keep the experience exciting and fresh. The action sequences and platforming sections are executed brilliantly. The puzzles are short but clever, and the story, along with the island setting, makes the whole experience even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best action-adventure games out there, and you should definitely give it a try.

A charming little puzzle adventure that feels calming and relaxing. The puzzles aren’t too difficult, but they’re clever and enjoyable, and the narration is wonderfully done.

I played the original two decades ago, so my memory of it is fuzzy, but this feels like a faithful remake. Even the infamous racing missions play out the same on classic difficulty. The graphics and cutscenes are superb, with the cutscenes feeling like they’re straight out of a movie. Voice acting is excellent, and the enemy AI is impressive, often flanking and flushing you out of cover, which makes the shooting much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this game if you enjoy linear games with great story. This is in my opinion the best Mafia game.

One of the best co-op shooter out there, though it can be quite buggy at times. Other than that, it boasts solid gameplay and impressive graphics. It is well-optimized. The Hivebusters DLC is also great, so I recommend buying the GOTY edition.

The Invincible is a narrative-driven walking simulator, offering gameplay similar to Firewatch. It boasts an engaging storyline and strong visual presentation. Sci-fi enthusiasts, particularly those who enjoy shows or literature in the genre, will find much to appreciate. One minor issue with blocky textures can be resolved by launching the game in DirectX 11 mode by adding "-dx11" (without quotes) to the launch options.

There is no way to describe this game in words. It is an exceptional puzzle platformer with outstanding level design, a soothing soundtrack that heals your soul, and a unique art direction that is simply marvelous to behold. The puzzles in this game are designed to be challenging without being overwhelmingly difficult. I would say this is the best puzzle platformer I’ve ever played, and I place it alongside greats like Portal. Even AAA games often lack the quality and polish I’ve seen in this game. Truly exceptional.

If you're a fan of Rick and Morty, you'll feel right at home. The game includes some light puzzles and a decent amount of platforming, though it's not too difficult. I highly recommend playing it in VR, as it feels like a perfect fit, but it still works well without VR if you don’t have access to it.

It's free to play, features a diverse lineup of Marvel heroes, and no characters are locked behind a paywall. What's not to like?

Edit: They added bots in quick play matches which completely ruins the experience. Avoid until they fix it.

Darktide is a horde-based shooter similar to games like Left 4 Dead, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and synergy. It offers a blend of melee and ranged combat, tailored to the character you choose to play. Each character features three unique skill trees, offering diverse playstyles that keep the experience fresh and engaging. With a wide variety of levels and difficulty settings, there's always something to draw you back in. Following the itemization overhaul, devs addressed its biggest flaw, allowing you to customize your weapons to your liking. I definitely recommend it for solid co-op experience.

This is the best VR game, and if you own a VR headset, it's a must-play! Fans of the Half-Life series will find it very familiar. The controls have been excellently adapted for VR. However, it does have some issues. While playing on the Quest 3, I experienced frequent crashes during loading. Given my setup of a Ryzen 7 5800x and RTX 3060 Ti, it should run smoothly. I found that using Steam Link resulted in fewer crashes compared to Oculus Link. Additionally, minimizing the game on the monitor can help, and you might want to disable SteamVR Home if you continue to have problems.

9/10
