Willing to trade items/trading cards i have duplicated for items i am seeking in the same game. I have other items willing to trade, see my inventory. I will not trade the last item i have. I am willing to negotiate somewhat.

For Payday 2 skins:
I will most likely not accept trades that causes me to get a skin with a lower rarity, unless otherwise noted.
**EXCEPTIONS**
The following are specific exceptions to the conditions mentioned above, and by that i mean i am willing to negotiate more, whether that be trading a higher rarity item for a wanted lower rarity item.

I am willing to negotiate more if i am getting a LMG skin for Payday 2, Unless its for the M16 LMG (i think thats the lmg that came with the newest dlc)
