Ugly. Bad sound effects. Bad racing.

Horrible first impression. No tutorial. Mouse sensitivity WAY too high by default. The other reviews say the selling point is... you get to talk to rude people?!

If this game did not feature Kyle Rittenhouse shooting Antifa it would not be worth a dollar. If it were a free browser game, it wouldn't even be worth your time. Acquitted is unpolished and unfair - Antifa blinds you with a pee bottle if you pause even for a moment and you have to awkwardly cycle through a huge arsenal of silly weapons (Kyle's famous AR-15 is ineffective after the first few levels). Gameplay wise Synthetik is what this style of game should be. But Acquitted is NOT a generic horde shooter. It is an explicitly political game satirizing, celebrating the fateful night when Antifa "F---ed around and found out" with a young patriot. Acquitted doesn't even do a very good of leaning into its theme - there are no Ronald Reagan quotes on the game over screen to inspire you, and no armored zombies who have to be shot in their bicep.

What Acquitted does is make it very clear that you are not woke, that you reject Cultural Marxism and embrace justice. That's what makes this worth buying.

This 18+ DLC is effectively the second half of the "story" about the guy who goes to the bunnygirl club and works on erotic jigsaw puzzles in the VIP room. When you install this DLC it replaces the original puzzles so play that first!

As you can see in the screenshots on the store the pink-haired bunny is depicted as having HUGE gross areolae in the weird angular story cutscenes, but she looks much better in her sex scene and when she's lying beside you as you do the puzzles.

You can restore the original content by going into the game's settings in Steam and deactivating this DLC which will lead to Steam re-downloading the original puzzles.

FYI you can auto-complete any puzzle with Ctrl+D.

boring slow stealth game

The game "values speed above all else" but maybe the devs should have valued speed just a tiny little bit less to allow for basic quality of life features like allowing us to rebind reload to a side mouse button, maybe even explaining basic mechanics like telling players how many rounds the SMG holds or that the knife has a charge attack.

The music is obnoxious and the characters are stuck in the Uncanny Valley.

This is one of those games that only has positive reviews because most people could see at a glance that it wasn't worth their time or money.
Blasting annoying coworkers away by shouting "No!" at them is fun... for about five minutes. Then you realize it's the same joke over and over again (and the same conflict of people stealing your lunch) stretched out over the length of a movie. If you're somehow on the fence, just watch a playthrough and see for yourself what you're "missing".

Also the game is sickeningly progressive (if the androgynous characters didn't make it obvious) with capitalism called out as the bad guy. Yes, because that's why women are afraid to walk alone at night in post-Merkel Germany... capitalism.

Double Peace's DLC outfits are very tame compared to Gal*Gun 2's, with only the Captivating Dancer (harem girl) coming close. (It's difficult to tell because there's only one screenshot and it only shows the top). The ribbons don't look shiny enough for my taste and there's no choice of color, but if you're looking to buy a DLC outfit for this game then this is the one to get.
