We won, Helldivers... for now. Buy this game. Its ludicrously fun and its developers are great. Its just very unfortunate they're stuck under the tyranny of Sony.

Opting into the scuffed "beta alpha" online test revoked my DLC licenses. I haven't been able to get in touch with Steam nor the developer about this issue. I literally lost access to stuff that was paid for. Beware if you're going to opt into this game's testing.

15 dollars for more content than the AAA bozos churn out? Sign me up.

It's still a little rough around the edges but it's already a perfectly solid game and well worth the money. It does need a way to change loadouts when not in a match though.

I was initially going to thumbs down this game after I first tried it. The game and it's core gameplay loop is confusing at first, and coupled with how the game was monetized just turned me off it. But by chance I saw the dev heard all the negative feedback and decided to massively reduce the paywalling and I decided to give it another shot. After taking the time to look up some guides and ask for help, I've found I'm really enjoying the laid-back gameplay and opportunity for min-maxing if that's your cup of tea. The game can be played actively or idle, and really lets you curate your builds to which playstyle you prefer.

You should give it a shot if only because it's free and the dev seems to really care. No harm done if you don't like it in the end!

It's a pretty damn fun game with good combat, but go into it expecting typical Korean MMO shenanigans. I'm talking 'honing' your gear with a chance to fail at higher tiers, and cash shop cosmetics that give you (small) stat buffs (which are made null in PVP, so take that as you will). It's not the worst thing, but you should know it exists. As far as Korean MMOs go, its pretty tame.

The game can feel stupidly easy during the leveling process, but the difficulty really ramps up at lvl 50. You're also given a plethora of options to basically skip your alts up to endgame level, so you really only have to do the leveling process once if you really dislike it.

Expect a lot of systems that aren't always well explained. This game is probably the min-maxers paradise with how much ♥♥♥♥ you can tweak to fit your very specific build. I just like to go punch punch and watch numbers go up.

Fastest uninstall in the west.

Fun game if you find the right server. I play a herbivore and stick with a herd if I feel like relaxing, and then play a carnivore if I feel like causing problems for others.

A game that is rough around the edges but promising for Early Access. Super fun with friends.

A game that definitely requires that you have the wiki open in your browser, but a satisfying game to play nevertheless.

I've never been so annoyed by my friends. This is basically the Mario Party of social deduction games.
