To be honest I both hate and like this game.
I like and even love some of the humor, easter eggs and references. As well as some of the characters.
But I personaly didn't like the gameplay, All the bullet sponge enemies, seemingly endless grinding and in my opinion stupid and not so good guns (like in every grinding game) And then it's all the DLCs, just like Payday 2 there is to many DLCs.

So would I recommend it? Well yes, this is only my opinion and we all have our own.
But by now I guess everyone is waiting or already playing the 3rd one so this might not matter.
