Fortnite Festival refugee here, this is the most fun I've had with a rhythm game in a very long time. Incredibly worth it if you're even remotely into rhythm games, but be conscious of the prices.

DO NOT BUY THE GAME OR ANY OF ITS DLC AT FULL PRICE

Steam Sales and other official & reputable marketplaces will be your best friend. Sales occur frequently, with everything minus the most recent DLCs going for 80% off. I've slowly worked my way up to buying all the DLC, but only if it's on sale for around 80% or better. At this pricepoint, you're getting an incredible amount of content. At full price, I can't quite recommend any purchases.

Quite possibly the best indie 3D platformer I have ever played, and if we're being honest probably the best 3D Platformer I've played period if we aren't considering nostalgia. Super fun campaign with a story that kinda goes bonkers by the end but I am all for it. It's also incredible on replay, as the levels are wonderfully fit for repeated runs to shave time or slow comb throughs to explore every nook and cranny. The game encourages both playstyles!

Worth it at full price but it goes for half off during sales which is kinda criminal imo

Probably the best roguelite I have ever played. The stylized 2.5D graphics are beautiful every step of the way, the soundtrack is full of bangers, the controls are tight and enjoyable to master (improving as you go along whether with permanent upgrades or mobility enhancing runes), and although incredibly challenging at times, the bosses are well designed in a way to where it never feels like it's impossible to win at your current level. Rogue Legacy 2 draws you in with the simple funny concept of "haha i can play as my colorblind vampire son who will then be succeeded by a dwarf clown", but offers so much more to keep you for plenty of hours and multiple new game plus runs.

This is also the only game I know to provide the preferred kinds of pizza of every major character in the lore, along with ingredients and instructions. 10/10 for this alone.

You can achieve an incredible sense of flow when this game gets going and you blast through challenging courses, but it can also be frustratingly difficult at times. I enjoy the gameplay enough to look past that, but some might be bothered. A multitude of arcade levels coupled with the workshop support and multiplayer means this game has plenty to enjoy, though I would wait for a sale if possible.

It's a joke game but at the same time it's a whole lot of stupid fun with friends. Wait for a sale though.

Very fun to blast forwards and explore at high speeds. It's rather short though, so I would say wait for a sale.

Fun with friends and comes with the usual convenience and automation of a digital adaptation of a tabletop game, which is especially nice for idiots like me.
