I am so glad I went in blind. I had seen pictures of the bandaged-up fellow, but that was all I had going into this. Absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see what else these developers come out with.

Pros: If you like looter shooters, if you like Warframe, if you like making numbers bigger, this one checks all those boxes. Gambling simulator but guns. The real game starts after the campaign.

Negatives: The cost of real money for some of these shop items and materials is a bit insane. The devs said they're going to bring in trading (like how Warframe does it) so that may bring some options to the market. Otherwise, they also really need to give the game a really solid performance pass. Not even DLSS helps in many cases.

The expansion is fantastic. Seasonal, or 'Episode's are more of the same, but that was to be expected. Awesome, challenging new raid and all the gear is great. It's crazy how good expansions are when devs are allowed to do their job. I do fully expect the cycle to continue for the next 10 years. Bad launch, Good expansion > bad expansion > promises to be better > S-tier expansion > repeat.

This game is insanely better than launch day. I remember way back when this came out, I thought it was dreadful. It is now a night and day difference. This game has sunk its hooks in me. If you like MMOs, gear, min-maxing, build crafting, and the Fallout universe then this game is for you.
