Awesome game with fun gameplay, good humor, great replayability, and a rockin' soundtrack. Not your typical zombie game.

I've now played 3000 hours of this game, and I can tell you that I'm quite the admirable player.
I will also tell you that half of those 3000 hours have been me getting so mad that I spin my arms around me trying to release my frustration while standing as far away from breakable objects that I can. In the beginning, it can certainly be frustrating to constantly lose and you may even give up on the game. But yet you persist, and eventually you wind up topping scoreboards and it just feels so good.

Then... something happens. Something that just completely wrecks your mojo and puts you into a mood so sour that other people's lips just curl up from looking at you. You become so enfuriated that you want to reach through the screen and rip out you opponent's throat. This event, is something I like to refer to as The Off-Day.

This is a day where just AAALL of the skill and bravado you had previously just vanish, and you become a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dead-man-living. You constantly lose easy kills, you miss dodges you would otherwise make, you get hit with more crits than you can count, and your luck just ♥♥♥♥♥ slaps you. It feels like ass, and its a thousand times worse than it was when you were just starting out playing the game. It ♥♥♥♥♥ with you, man, and that further makes you play like ass and you just get so enthralled in the game. You know you shouldn't keep playing because your heart can give out at any moment, but you don't want to stop because you won't feel better until you show up that ONE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DEMOKNIGHT WITH THE ANNOYING ASS CRIT-PAN WHO KEEPS AMBUSHING YOU. Emotions such as happiness are completely lost to you until you get back into at least the top three on your team. Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mental.

Give this game a go. People will ♥♥♥♥ talk it; people will discourage you; I may have even discouraged you. But believe me when I say that every moment playing this game will be worth your while. Take a ride on the wild side, buy a hat or two, and go in guns ablazing. Team Fortress 2 will stick its ♥♥♥♥ so far up your ass that pain will turn to pleasure and back to pain until you get so used to it that its just all pleasure.

Classic survival-horror game with great atmosphere and combat. The weapons are fun to use and theres plenty of them. No lack of challenge, either. My only problem with it is that after all this time the devs didn't think to implement a mode where you could carry your weapons over to a harder difficulty. "But that ruins the challenge," some will say to me and while I can't deny that, what exactly are we losing by them adding that in? Will it really burn your butt so hard to know that some players want to play the game a certain way that you can't sit down until your ass is thuroughly soaked in aloe vera? Give it a rest. You don't want to play the game like that? Fine, but some people do, and we lose nothing from being able to do so.

Congratulations, MDHR. I have now officially been sent to the hospital because of an anger-induced stroke. Thank you so very much. ♥♥♥♥ you and those stupid frogs. They eat each other's ♥♥♥♥♥ and play catch by spitting the ♥♥♥ into each other's mouths.


I'm sorry. That was unnecessary. I got worked up. But seriously. ♥♥♥♥ those frogs. I want a DLC specifically to add a new knockout for them where a French guy rips their guts out and gnaws on their legs.

I love everything about this game, especially the animation. Fleischer would be astounded.
My one gripe with the game - my one and only soul-crushing, shoulder-breaking, spine-twisting gripe - is that I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aim upwards (diagonally or straight up), fire, and jump at the same time. That has been the sole reason I have died so many times over. I can do everything else, but the lack of ability to jump while firing upwards and moving has left me cold and broken. If there were ever any updates for this game, I would hope that thats something you address.

Why isnt there anything with original content like this for Half Life 2? Half Life had Afraid of Monsters and Cry of Fear that had original enemies, characters, maps, sounds, etc. Most mods for Half Life 2 just use the same old worn out models and characters. Nothing original anymore. :/
I want someone to make something as amazing as AoM and CoF were when they first released. SOMEONE BRING UPON US A GAME THAT INITIATES THAT NOSTALGIC FEELING ONCE AGAIN!
