Edit: It's 2022. Grenade skins are still nowhere to be found. An entire pandemic has come and gone and we still don't have grenade skins.

Edit: 2024. Counter Strike 2 is released. We can now drop grenades and have grenade inspect animations. Even Zeus has a skin now.
