This game is incredible until it falls flat on its face. Positive review for the time I played it. Negative review for the length.

Journey mode was super fun until it just ended. Certainly didn't feel like the 30+ stages mentioned in the description.
Local Co-op was an absolute blast, until the computers got so cheap they didn't feel fun any more.

When the credits rolled, I felt disappointed that the game just ended so abruptly. The home screen even seems to hint at more levels or something.

Even buying this on sale, I don't think its worth the price. Unless you enjoy playing various modes of tetris over and over again. The main appeal was the unique single player mode which was very short, like you could beat it in an afternoon. And the multiplayer co-op, which was also very short.

If you can get this for $15 or less, it would be worth it. At least you would expect a short story and brief co-op experience.

Like "Anti-chamber" had a baby with "Portal." The baby sitter was "The Witness" and its best friend was "Fez."

Pros:
* An incredibly fun and relaxing game with some mind bending puzzles.
* Environments and Visuals are awesome. Numerous times I just stared in awe.
* Some really clever puzzles.
* Music and sounds are awesome.

Cons:
* Sometimes the path ahead isn't clear or I missed part of a puzzle and ended up wandering around in large, sparse areas somewhat aimlessly.
* Not much of a story. The ending felt somewhat flat.
* Then entire game is pretty short.

This game is incredibly immersive with entrancing, ambient music and gorgeous landscapes. The simple gameplay makes it easy to pick up and enjoy but, it is not easy to master Fez.

You could relax and explore while solving simple puzzles or attempt to crack the cryptic symbols and messages hidden all over the world.

I have replayed this game multiple times and I highly recommend it. If you enjoy puzzle platformers you may not find a better one.
