Early Access-recension
Incredibly well polished and everything you would want from a rhythm game. I will never progress beyond Hard, but appreciate the wide range of difficulties (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert, XD). The latest score update is a great improvement and feels more fair. Training options are great, in-game editor seems robust, and 3rd-party SpinShare is available for custom songs.

Excellent engine building game. A few tips that do not appear documented:

An excellent game in this minesweeper genre. Well-crafted puzzles. Difficulty curve is not as gentle as Hexcells. I'm already anxious what future levels are going to bring (25/160 at time of review).

Some color schemes are hard to read and would benefit with customization. Ran into a some double-right-click issues, which cannot be recreated outside the game. Definitely worth playing for puzzle fans.

Tametsi was a wonderful experience! Difficult, but easy to get a session in. The pause-and-draw overlay is a great addition. Some could feel that "taking notes" is somehow cheating, but I don't have that kind of mental capacity. I was stuck in a few parts and innocentive (Tom) on YouTube does a wonderful solution walk-through behind the logic, although he minimally uses draw-mode. I will certainly buy the next iteration if there ever is a Tametsi 2. Thank you!

You can pet some animals, add a camera filter to give them sunglasses, then frame that photo in your room.

TOEM is charming, accessible, and wholesome. Soundtrack & SFX is solid. Achievements are reasonable and mostly follow storyline. Great UX/UI, which I usually don't pay attention to: music selection/options, quick-select wheel, quest tracking, keyboard/controller hotkey labels.

Some backtracking needed in this sort of design. However, chapters and levels are reasonably sized, a movespeed item (sneakers) can be earned around 50% through, and the "I'm stuck" menu option doubles as an entrance warp.

2025 Update: the free Basto DLC came out after my completion! It was wonderful to experience this game again and get to revisit my old photos. Thank you, TOEM team. Looking forward to TOEM 2!

About par with other idle / clicker-likes: collect junk, kite enemies, incrementally upgrade, die, repeat. It's simple and shallow and arcadey. I hope it develops and evolves into something unique, fueled by it's "internet darling" phase .

Cons:
- SCREENSHAKE, FOV, & other options are in SPEEDRUN menu and not the GRAPHICS menu

Pros:
- My chance to be slow-mo rockstar ninja spiderman
- Includes rage restarts when I don't 3-star (tip: press R twice or Alt + F4 once)
- Leaderboards to tell me I'm awful (tip: stop comparing yourself to others - beyond just the game)

Fully recommend for parkour genre fans, which you should be.

Incredible atmosphere. Puzzle difficulty and progression feels right, although backtracking some corridors in any first-person game can lead to frustration. Few environments left me lost and searching for the next door, but an overall excellent trippy trip.

Awesome gameplay if the visuals don't put you off. Requires some solid precision. To echo in-game graffiti: I hate snakes!

FPS + Rhythm + Metal + RNG. The starting "Easy" difficulty is by no means accurate, but I'm hooked.

Rocket-Launchin' + Speed-Boostin' + Fast-Movin' + Beat-Groovin' + Cyber-Funkin' + Platformin' = I love it. Difficulty curve is just right. Can't wait to try it in VR and probably puke my brains out.
