This game plays well, but feels like a half baked attempt at a full Halo game. You can't choose game modes and are stuck with whatever terrible game mode it chooses for you. 343 harps on player choice, customization, and freedom, but in the end is very restrictive, and you can't choose anything for yourself. Progression shouldn't be solely locked behind your payment information, I'd rather just pay for a full game that included these basic features from the start.

Does not follow Valve regional price for the base game or multiplayer, which makes the cost of in-game currency and cosmetics ridiculous. The predatory system in place is made just to make you populate their servers to grind all day or give up and spend.

Don't waste your money on cosmetics, simply play it for free and finish off the campaign on the game pass when it arrives.
