tbf theyve fixed premier and i'm enjoying the game a lot more now ranks have settled down, cool game only get killed from behind a wall 1/10 times rather than 5/10 like launch too, which is a plus(?)

nah man, i defended this game when it first dropped. but i'm hard-locked at 4k in premier. i'm losing 560 elo to every 109elo win. yeah in theory i should be winning over 50% of my games to rank up, but how am i meant to win games when i live in europe so half the time the teams have no common language, and the tonne of new players eventually getting to 3.x thousand elo who lose no elo when they lose means there are a tonne of bad players in lobbies with players with experience. i dont claim to be a good player, but i got to 7k in the beta before settling at a natural skill ceiling of about 5.5-6.5k. can't do that now, and its just not fun to play competitively in its current state. i have to win 6 games to make up for one loss for god's sake. that being said, the core gameplay i think is good and generally an improvement. shame it has half the features of the old one
