A short but well crafted game with a miserable and gross but very engaging story, I loved it

Am eagerly awaiting more lessons to be added, but what's in here right now is a good set of lessons for getting into the basics of pixel art that is generally easy to follow and understand. Also the music selection is really fitting and I love that assets are included from current and upcoming pixel art indie games with direct links to the projects or creators. Actually learned about a few upcoming games from playing this.

All the other positives about this game have been said a thousand times already, but they managed to filtered out the worst part of the fanbase with one tiny change (that adds more player customization) in the next update.

genuinely a really fun game with amazing proximity chat and plenty of horror and comedy, all made by a solo dev

It is a short game and it is rather easy, but those aren't essentially bad things depending on what you are looking for. It is really charming and it is blatantly clear that a lot of love and care went into this game and I'm so glad it is finally released. Even with the easiness I find the combat and leveling mechanics to be interesting. Would love to see more of that as well as seeing more of this world.

A very cute and charming game with a wacky gimmick of "being nice to people" that is executed well and rewarding.

You can vote for an effect for the next stage to have based on the number of collectibles you grabbed and I proudly voted for saxophone music alongside everyone else.

So far this is a fantastic little game that you should try the demo for if you are interested at all.

The controls take some getting used to, but they allow for some immensely satisfying moments. You will die a lot, but respawning is quick and checkpoints are well placed. The music is beautiful and adds to the mood and setting. Even if brutal and gory the artwork is good and the short animated cutscenes when you defeat a boss are excellent. I can already tell that the story is going to make me cry and I am not ready for it.
