So far this is a fantastic little game that you should try the demo for if you are interested at all.

The controls take some getting used to, but they allow for some immensely satisfying moments. You will die a lot, but respawning is quick and checkpoints are well placed. The music is beautiful and adds to the mood and setting. Even if brutal and gory the artwork is good and the short animated cutscenes when you defeat a boss are excellent. I can already tell that the story is going to make me cry and I am not ready for it.
