TOS 13.3 introducing EAC already was a huge downer in the Community, nobody liked that but VRChat recovered pretty well from it with some nice quality of life updates

TOS 13.4 welcome to china! now they are allowed to record you any time for "security measures". they especially like recording little kids under 18~ (if not for the 13+ age restriction, this would be a COPPA violation)
