This is a game.
a Very VERY addicting and fun game
and there are 3 more modes to do later on
and the game will soon get online multiplayer

maplestory 2 is a relatively decent game, if you're ok with grinding then the game is super fun and i doubt you'll dislike it. However if you dont then it's got limited hours of actual fun.
The world is full of a variety of different kinds of characters, vibrant areas with tons of activities to do. The game gives you an item box when you level occasionally and its satisfying when you get them.
You'll quickly fall in love with the game.
The world of MS2 presents itself a lot like Dragon Quest Builders, a game made mostly of cubes and you are an anime character.
you can build your own house and rent out spaces to use it the actual world. though its pretty bloody expensive.
There is a paid in game currency called merits, however what you buy with these merits exclusively consists of cosmetics to make you look cooler.
its ok as there are tons of things you can do to look cool even without the merits
there is a special creative thing you can do with templates of clothes. you can make and design your own unique clothes and cosmetics. so the premium pass and merits are only for those that really feel like they'll use it.

Overall the game can be fun. however repetitive and annoying sometimes. Though there are many other features that rule out any of those.

pretty fun ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, progression is satisfying and you getting addicted is something that's bound to happen. otherwise then idk what you be doing with your life. with a decent selection of classes to choose from they all are really fun and you should try the game out even for a lil bit. the devs are willing to listen to what you have to say when you report bugs and the game is really just well made. however alone it gets extremely boring, i recommend playing with friends like any game, it just makes it better, and communicating with your team in this game is a key part to success anyway so i don't know why you wouldn't play with friends anyway. have fun!
