I am aware that players compare most of souls-like games with FS titles but Lords of the Fallen has a lot of potential.

Aside from some minor bugs I encountered, gameplay wise for a souls-like genre is pretty good but it could be better, the controls are not clunky including the parrying system. The umbral system is something new for me, although whenever I enter umbral world I had fps issues.

Should you buy it? Only if the game is on sale.
the developers recently issued an update for optimization, hopefully they will continue to optimize until the game reach to its fullest.
