Best way to sum Subnautica up: a fantastic experience, not just a game.

Survival at its finest with water, food, health and oxygen while you explore an underwater world. Use your PDA to provide you vital information regarding the fantastic story. Scan everything and see what it has to say and use it to find your eay through the game.

It's exploration forefront makes this world so fun! I have absolutely enjoyed seeing what materials I can find and craft, and uncover what happened and why we are here in the first place, and how to get back home.

No combat necessary, as part of the thrill is navigating through and around predators as you sink further into the depths.

Also wanted to note the basebuilding is *chefs kiss*.

Plays very well with very little frame drops on Steam Deck. Some new areas take a second to load in, but it's worth the wait with the gorgeous visuals.
