I liked it but the writing is so much better in other titles in the series. There's a perfectly valid reason for that, but it still is very noticeable.

It's a bit too open for a visual novel, I think. I'd like it to be more linear.

It's a pretty fun grindy PvE shooter.
I'm gonna go play some more, need to make numbers go up.

Edit: On second thought, the grind is way too much. Replaying the same mission for 20 times just to get a drop that you want. Only thing is, you still have to "open" that drop, and the thing you really want is like 10% in that. And then there are timed missions which you have to wait to start, and waiting is not fun in any way. Feels like some mobile game mechanic. Changing review from positive to negative after about 70 hours.

Took me less than 30 minutes before I was faced with "You unlocked this thing, but only if you buy the PREMIUM battlepass". What ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, how can I unlock something I don't even have access to in the first place? Get outta here with that ♥♥♥♥.

This is good ♥♥♥♥. The feeling when you get a good run going is spectacular.

Surprisingly fun, actually. And I don't even like golf, I just find this relaxing and entertaining at the same time.

Edit, a few weeks after release: Okay, actually playable and very enjoyable now.

Original review, a few days after release: Not playable in current state. Takes ages to change map and sometimes doesn't even let you do it at all. Got stuck in a quest because of this and had to reroll a new character, but then got stuck in an endless loading screen instead.

This is no longer free to play, since you are getting gutted by the economy if you do. Not worth the time.

I love this game, and I even love not winning when remote-inviting someone who hasn't even played before.
