FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Boil water in a large pot
2 make sure pasta dont stick together use at least 4 quarts of water for erry pound of noodles
Salt da water with at least a tablespoon mor is fine
The salty water adds flavor 2 da pasta
Add pasta
Pour pasta into boiling water. Dont break da pasta it will soften up within 30 seconds & fit into the pot
Stir da pasta
As the pasta starts to cook stir it well with the tongs so da noodles dont stick 2 each other
Test da pasta by tasting it
Follow the cooking time on da package but always taste pasta before draining to make sure the texture is right. Pasta cooked properly should be al dente a little chewy
Drain da pasta
Drain cooked pasta well in a colander. If servin hot add sauce rite away if yous making a pasta salad run noodles under cold water 2 stop da cooking
