In short: It's just kinda tedious.

The levels feel a bit lackluster of atmosphere. In the Alice in wonderland DLC there are lots of little details but in this DLC, you're just inside some big warehouse environment trying to get the tiniest of details cleaned which is just finicky and it feels like it goes on forever, it's quite a grind. Some people might actually like that, in that case, this is probably a good DLC for you.

To be honest I just bought it so I could get the achievements.

TL;DR: If you like puzzles with abductive reasoning and language then this is an easy recommendation. Otherwise I wouldn't bother frankly.

Personally, I don't think the narrative is that great and it only really exists at the end to a certain extend. The games split into 5 levels each with it's own theme and each quite unique from the other so it's quite artistic. The 5 levels don't really have any gradient in terms of difficulty, for example I thought level 3 was harder than 4 but that's going to be different for everyone.

The only negative that comes to mind is that the movement is slow. If you need to double back to get an item or to check the context of an word/icon then you have to try and remember the path back and it just feels tedious to run back and forth. There's teleportation in the world but it's so spread out that it's only really of use when your on the final level.

Worth noting that there is no replay value and it took me about 12 hours to 100% according to steam.

This game just happens to be my kind of game so for me I enjoyed my time playing it but I can see how there are many that wouldn't like this.

I enjoyed the game. For those that haven't played, or maybe just on the fence, it goes a bit deeper than just playing as a cat. Realistically a lot of the time I forgot that I was playing as a cat as you interact with the world via a robot B12 (not a spoiler).

Anyway, the background music is REALLY good. The aesthetics are great also and you can't help but want to explore and soak in all the ambience. If you're into the plot of the game then you're rewarded for this exploration. Speaking of the plot, it's got some cool concepts for sure.

It took me I think 6 hours realistically to complete and that's with me trying to explore and complete as much as possible. I don't think I'll be playing it again as unless you're an extreme completionist there's not really going to be any variation to it and I feel like I've gotten everything I could out of it. But, as I mentioned I enjoyed the experience and it's the experience you're paying for.

Negatives of the game are there but they kind of get forgotten as soon as you get swept away with the soundtrack. All I've noticed is that there was the clothing of one character that was just floating in the air for a full chapter. Other minor things are things like picking up an item; the item basically teleports to the mouth of the cat rather than having an animation of the cat walking forward to where the item is and then picking it up, which would be a bit more realistic but as I mentioned this is more of a nit pick in my opinion.

This game is nothing short of a masterpiece in my opinion. The mechanics are one thing but much more than that is the atmosphere, the music, the narration, the comedy, all of it so well crafted. This was clearly a work of passion and I thank the developer(s) for taking the time to polish it so much. I haven't finished the game yet so time will tell if I change my opinion but frankly, after about 20 minutes of playing the game I said out loud to myself "This is probably already one my favourite games of all time". I was right, it keeps getting better and better. Do yourself a favour and buy this game. Time to fall in love with how powerful video games can be as an interactive format.

1st Act = "I can see myself enjoying this game."
2nd Act = "Wow, that was a bit of a plot twist."
3rd Act = "I don't care anymore, I just want to complete it because I've already put time into it."

If there were an OK option I would prefer to choose that. The game is great but drawn out. It's extremely well made in my opinion, one of the first games with Vulkan support for example and runs buttery smooth. Because of this and the lack of depth to the game it felt more like I was trialling some new game engine or technical exercise.

The puzzles are interesting but are over done. You finally get the chance to use a new mechanic to experiment with then it's back to the same repetition. Less really would have been more.

Finally, there is a philosophical element that whilst captivating at first becomes tedious. It keeps you interested enough throughout the pace of the game to break up the constant puzzles but generally just trys to hard to make the 'story' seem deeper than it really is. As I mentioned previously, this isn't a bad game, just check the overall ratings for the game. If you're into puzzle games it's worth the cost.

This game is beautiful. The lighting, the audio, the ambient soundtrack, the areas. It all really sucks you in this world where an....interesting.....story is told without dialogue. I wasn't surprised when I saw the credits and it was affiliated with some art project. Short but very sweet.
