Too addictive

Great

Overall I enjoyed it...

Pro's
+ Fast Responsive Arcade-like controls
+ Plays great on keyboard or game pad (natively supports PS5 controller)
+ Great Visuals (has some spectacular boss fights)
+ Well optimised (was running 144fps locked with RTX using DLSS)
+ The Tower Mode is awesome

Con's
- Loosey-goosey open to interpenetration story
- Needed more level variety (only 6 biomes with set enemies in the normal mode)
- Weapon balance is off (when played using keyboard certain weapons make the game much easier)

One of the best "Games as a service" games in class

+Great gameplay moveset simillar in style to half-life Alyx and Boneworks
+Some fun and imaginative Boss Battles
+Lots of easter eggs and secrets
+Supports Knuckles Controllers finger tracking

- Very Short (about 5 hours)
- No crouch button (might be wrong here, but i couldn't see the option in the menu)

+ Great atmosphere and story (highly recommend playing hl2+ episodes first)
+ Some fantastic set pieces (Tense zombie moments and heated combine shoot-outs)
+ Works with a multitude of VR headsets
+ Great showcase for VR interactivity and gameplay potential

Cons
- Overall experience will vary based on headset used and available room space
(I used standing with snap turning and found it quite comfortable however this will vary from person to person)
- Combat can be abit wonky especially when fighting combine

Great top-down, twin-stick, metroid-like, action RPG

Pro's

+Great combat
+CO-OP (supports remote play)
+Two very distinct characters with their own play styles
+Some great level design and boss fights

Con's

-Lots of very annoying jump puzzles (fixed camera makes jumping and platforming very annoying)

Great vehicle based twin stick shooter, and very fun in co-op
