The AWS and i3D servers rented by Bethesda are gone, and all have been replaced by Microsoft Azure servers from parent company Microsoft.
The Microsoft Azure network is critically unstable and even now that they have changed their routing preference, there is still a lot of latency with some regions.
Even if they use instances with good specs, it does not matter because the external network is fatally garbage.
It was an excellent game to make people realize what a great platform AWS. It is a shame that we can no longer play with the network latency we had at the time of its release.


There are too many rude players who provoke beginners or leave a match immediately when a weaker player is on the same team.
I had ritually muted the rude player and reported him, but Bethesda, the management, did not action to rude players.
It is almost a given that you will lose to an opponent who is playing the game more than you are. No beginner will have a good experience while existing rude players continue to be there.


There is nothing we can expect from Bethesda now that its parent company is Microsoft. Unless they release an SDK and a dedicated server program, the player's playing experience and community will not improve and there will be no future for this game.
