The game is better optimised now and gives stable fps(mostly). The newer map Mirarmar is still challenging for Potatos but Erangel seems to play out much better than EA.

Optimization is a joke even after 5 months ... and they promised out of EA in 6 months or so iirc !

My negative recommendation is a surpise even to me , but the devs seem distracted atm , focusing on : skins/MT , new content , diving into E-sports arena , only catering to streamers , and have seemed to forget their promise on optimization both client side and server side. It is not that they are not working , there has been a patch or two optimizing the game ( esp. the one that helped 'rendering buildings' issue ) but the motivation seems to be lost.

That being said Gameplay is solid and the game is much fun especially with friends.

Hope devs 'get a grip' and focus on what's most important first - making it run smooth.

PS. fanbois spare the Potato PC comments to complaints reg. optimization.
