Summary: even in current state it's better than first part, but still have feeling being scammed by devs.

Pros:
- "Simulation", in case of playing 'relaxed', without diving into details, it works
- Most of popular mods from part 1 are already part of the game
- Interface became easier to use/understand and so one
- Overall game became more 'user-friendly', but there is still challenge presented, y wife, who is not great fan of games at all, loved this one

Cons:
- My wife loved this game until it started to crash every 30 minutes. I am OK with some level of freezes, some dropping fps for population >100k, but hard freezes and crashes starting from 30-40k that's out my understanding
- Many small bugs and issues, which completely ruined 'simulation' feeling: trash and water supplies incorrect calculations, import/export works pretty strange, mail delivery just goes wild and completely non-logical.
- we have 'new' graphic, but models of building, vehicles etc. are khm... BAD Honestly, post-soviet unions countries in the middle of nowhere look much better better.

So, if you are relax enjoyer 20-30h player - that's fine option for you. But for 200h+ fans of such simulation stuff it's "♥♥♥♥, but I am eating it".
