Wow. Haven't played a NFS game in ages. Played NFSU and NFSU2, Carbon, Most Wanted. This is just awful even at 90% off. Just don't.

Rainbow colors all over the place, sky ultra bright, track ultra dark, stuttering. Tried everything. Utter garbage. Refund please.

Clunky UI, hopeless tutorial. Glad it was free.

Feels like a buggy mobile phone game at best.

The good..ish parts:

1 - Great idea but it's not even in the same league as X-Com.
2 - Bought it cheap.

The bad parts:

1 - Abysmal AI, just shocking. Probably the worst I've seen in an RTS game.
2 - Terrible interface with clunky controls.
3 - Aweful camera that cannot keep up. Half the time the action is happening off screen pmsl!
4 - Orks totally overpowered.
5 - Space Marines might as well be using potato guns.
6 - No tactical planning possible at all because enemies randomly spawn from thin air anywhere they like including right behind you.
7 - Random CTD's
8 - Poor sound effects and audio in general.

Good Points:

1 - Graphics are half decent.
2 - Nice concept.

Bad Points:

1 - Menu system.
2 - Controls.
3 - HUD.
4 - Physics.
5 - Optimization.
6 - Everything looks grey and boring and has no identity.
7 - Slow to improve.
8 - Price should be £10 at the most.

Might be just about ready to leave BETA in 2055.

My experience with this train wreck of a game so far.....

Wake up, die gathering the most basic things. Back to square one. Finally place a bedroll and start gathering supplies. Die again at 10:02pm on the dot. Bedroll has decided to stop working. Wake up miles from anywhere with nothing and being hunted over and over in an endless loop in the dark. Uninstall.

4 years+ in the making and this is it? Seriously??

Great game at times but not without it's issues. Buy it on sale :-)

It's a good game but it isn't without it's flaws. The pathfinding is shockingly bad at times. The reaction time of the agents is often slow and unplayable. It also needs a lot of work on the sound. It just doesn't feel lively enough for a supposed living, breathing city. No use of vehicles and no full on skyscraper/bank destruction either. Get it on discount.

Loved the original and I'm a massive 40k fan but this game is just aweful. Terminators can only see a few squares meaning you have to do every level loads of times to find a way to get through. I could live with that if the game gave you a chance. Far too difficult and gets old fast. Not even close to as good as X-COM E.U. or the first game by Full Control. If you enjoy losing over and over and reloading over and over by all means buy it. If not then swerve this title.

Epic game. Difficult at times but everyone should own this gem!
