Play more with weak teams against the strong ones, you will instantly start to pick up your weak spots and weak spots of your teammates, try to callduring the game, master the underlying t1 servers gameplay mechanics (smoker tongue cut, hunter/jockey skeet, killing the witch point with both melee and shotgun, and the most difficult ones playing as tank, curving rocks, punch+rock)
