Oh man where do I begin with this game.

Monster Hunter has been a long going series and because of this game it's been becoming very popular and I love it.

I started play this series back with 4U on the 3DS and I have loved it so much. I will say this. MHW is IMO the easiest and kindest MH game for new players to hop into.

Each weapon is different so if you don't like one try another one. I will say. The hardest part about playing on PC is the gap we have with Console players. But with Iceborne coming out we are currently caught up..... Until Iceborne actually releases. Console gets it next month and PC gets it in January. This happened with the base game when it came out so we kinda use to it already.

But back to fun stuff. Armor's in this game look amazing. The monster that returned look so good. The new monsters are just as cool as the original ones from older games. Combat in this game is the best. You aren't fighting the controls like you kinda did in the old games.

My one gripe with this game. And if you've played other MH games you know what I'm talking about. The weapons look so...bland. Certain ones look amazing but a good bit of them are just the Ore or Bone tree with feathers,scales,or something from the monster slapped on it... See in the old games you could have weapons look heavily different and some very unique. They did keep some of the original weapons looking as they did but a good bit of them aren't that different for most of the time. (Iceborne hopefully will fix that issue)

This game is heavy on the grinding. Then again every MH game has been heavy on it. You will need to hunt certain monsters multiple times if you plan to make it's weapons or armor.

All in all. Monster Hunter World is a great game and is happily drawing in new fans. Iceborne seems to be the part being made for older fans and new fans alike with G Rank (Master Rank as it is called in Iceborne) and many returning monsters. Now is the perfect time to hop into World before Iceborne so you can gear up and be ready for whatever capcom throws our way.
