I think this may be one of the best puzzle games ever made, but I do think you need to go into this game with a certain mindset in order to really enjoy it. If you aren't into puzzle games, or aren't amicable to rogue lite mechanics, you will not like this game.

Please go into the game with this in mind:
- Take photos/ screenshots of pertinent information and have a notebook next to you. This is part of the experience, and it will stink if a solution you partly remember was in a room you don't have access to, or enough steps to revisit.
- Be open to solving other puzzles/ mechanics and don't fixate on a solution for one particular thing or you will get burned out and annoyed at the game.

I think there are a few quality of life improvements that should be considered for the post game to allow faster house navigation and interactions. The payoff for puzzle solving does start to dwindle and as you get more and more solved, it's harder to be open to a 'new' adventure at a certain point. I did have to eventually draw a line to take a break for this reason.

This game has a ton of depth and information to retain. It's hard to take a break for fear of losing this information, so I've created a folder of screenshots and have my notebook stored for a rainy day down the road (and hopes that I don't get anything spoiled till then).

Some QoL Recommendations (some may be resolved with mechanics I haven't uncovered yet):

- We shouldn't have to type in vault codes/ reopen them in any rooms after solving. These should be open with the gem available when the room is drafted.
- Some animations are a bit slow/ annoying in the post game.
- Running shoes would be awesome if they made you move a lot faster as well.
- Quick Travel to Room with extra steps cost, or something like this.
- Speed up time mechanic .

The game is still fun, it's current state is still not phenomenal, but it's worth the $20 and still has potential.

Still the best pirate game out there. Learning is tough, best to have a buddy who has played for a while introduce you to this game at this point. Hope to see you on the seas!

I'm incredibly bias as a Dragon's Dogma fan to start, but I am loving almost everything so far. That being said, unless you have a top of the line computer I recommend holding off for performance improvements if you can wait. Performance is currently holding back this game from being truly amazing, but I still think this is a game everyone should play at some point.

Early Access Review
This game is still early access, but plays like ARK and Pokemon: Legends Arceus combined (mostly ARK). It's definitely it's own game and for the price is worth a buy. I haven't played with friends yet, but dedicated servers and stuff like that in the future make me hopeful for this game long-term.

Leave to controversial stuff to the legal departments and government legislation. That's not our job, but if you hate the use of AI, brace yourself for where the world is heading.

I wasn't a fan of the demo, but the final product is pretty good. The third part of the game is unfortunately a let down, as the first two Acts were leaps above it. While I do recommend this game, I think it's best to wait for some additional patches for the optimal experience (the longer you wait, the better at the moment).

GOTY - seriously amazing and worth the money for roguelike fans (assuming bugs will be fixed in time). Lots of unique concepts, amazing art and sound. Just wonderful.

Great game for speedrunning. Bossa's most polished game so far by a long shot!

Very fun, big issue with latency, but great as a casual game with a friend.

The targeting mechanic is extremely cumbersome, unnecessary and adds nothing to the game. It's like trying to mountain bike with training wheels. Some character designs and kits are interesting, but there is nothing here that would have me play it over other battle arenas of a similar genre.

Worst of all is queuing without a group - You can potentially get stuck in games that are pretty much complete over and over again, this is ultimately what made me decide to eat the loss and uninstall (had 4 hours because I wanted to try playing with friends, so I can't refund)

I can see this game having some success with free to play, but as it stands it is not worth purchasing.
