Gameplay is amazing, but plenty of weird bugs make it unplayable co-op. How ironic... the "playing with your bros" part is not working in a game called "BroForce".

The gameplay is still pretty darn cool and creative, as expected of a Mimimi game. The characters' personalities and stories are a big step back however, Desperados and Shadow Tactics runs circles around it in those departments. Which is kind of a shame, because who doesn't love a ghost pirate story? Anyway, I still recommend this, but I don't think I'll be replaying this one - I'd rather play Shadow Tactics again.

Tekken 8: Fist Meets Greed. The honeymoon phase is over. Gorgeous graphics, but balance is a terrible 50/50 guessing game and the monetization is insane. First patches added a scummy premium currency (of course you can't buy the exact amount you need) on top of an already hefty AAA price + they expected you to buy a yearly character pass (tbf, this was the least bad thing), THEN they patched in a FOMO battle pass too with crappy items that used to be free in Tekken 7... come the F on... meanwhile, atm of writing this, gameplay is super unbalanced (whoever thought tracking throws were a good idea: you're a dummy), just use heat smash bro and delete half the opponent's life. Yeah, great design, slow clap worthy. Let's not even mention the pluggers... Icing on the cake: the practice and replay modes are insanely good, but you can't practice against nor replay a match against DLC characters :D you wanna practice? Better pay up, piggy! Disgusting. Probably my last Tekken. I have no illusions about this industry getting better. I hope I'm wrong, but at this rate they'll be selling actual moves a year from now.

This is one of the best games I have played in my entire life. Mind-wrackingly puzzling and when you get that sweet dopamine hit after placing 3 perfect tiles in a row... oh man

Ubisoft Connect is a piece of ♥♥♥♥ launcher with constant connectivity problems. Good job, Ubisoft. A simple internet search revealed that this issue is as old as the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ launcher itself. How about you fix this ♥♥♥♥ so I can play my games, huh?
