The gameplay itself is good. Graphics are also good. Plus the main story is intriguing. But, the tumblr style politics that is rubbed in your face every time you talk to an npc is really too much. Takes me out of the immersion of the game every time. I swear, I have not encountered a single npc that did not have some tumblr style sjw BS rubbed in your face. It's forced and completely uninteresting. All the NPC men in the game are pigs and all the women are poor victims of said men.

So, if you want a game that will immerse you in a cyberpunk style universe... wait until Cyberpunk 2077. Otherwise, if you're interested into hearing conversations with NPCs always be about cultural appropriation, bro-culture and other sjw type politics, go nuts.

The game in itself is good. Not great, just good. The reason why I'm not recommending it though is that at launch, the game didn't include denuvo anti cheat software. Now, after the first update, it does and you cannot opt out of it. It runs on kernel level 0 in your machine and creates a HUGE potential security flaw for your machine. This should be considered malware.

Sadly though, I bought the game about a week ago. Now, I can't finish all the challenges because, as is tradition with Denuvo, the game has become a laggy mess. Really hard to pull off the hardest challenges when you have to power through the lag that it creates.

Internet spaceship business is serious business.

EVE is unique and there are no others like it. Wholeheartedly recommend.

This game is the perfect example of early access done right. It's updated weekly, the devs listen to their player base and they keep adding new stuff.
