My name is RogueCmdr and I am a Sci-Fi and Survival Game content creator. I am known for my Extreme Survival Series of Space Engineers and Rimworld as well as Ultra-Nightmare of Rage 2 and other games on TTV. I was sold on day 1 of learning about this game over the summer. This was before I knew the creator of DayZ was involved or the studio involved with Stationeers.

I played every minute I could over the Beta Weekend. Being 38, I have gotten many many years of beta testing, I could say that until this game; I have never gotten soo dedicated and fully involved into a game's beta and development until ICARUS. I tested every thing I could and tried to never miss an hour. I hopped on to every early Beta weekend pre-release. I was never disappointed. With my background in IT, I knew to expect bugs, system issues, performance issues and other stuff. None of it ever dissuaded me. I saw them continue to improve the game and showed excitement and love for the game. With the deployment of the game via biweekly beta weekends, I knew they were serious and did not want to fall to beta fatigue and I can say it paid off.

ICARUS is the best of the genre as well as being one that standalone with the PVE Session based. There is some things I do wish for and I hope it comes as they finish polish post release version of the game and get ready for the DLC 1 and 2 packs. ICARUS is here to stay and dominate.

You can enjoy this game solo or with friends. Jump into a prospect, get a good start after landing and get your tasks down or get a Forward base going while you wait for your friends to drop pod down. If you run as a team consistently; split Blueprint and roles. Drop, Communicate, Survive, Build, Return, Repeat! Advise.. make your positive voice heard, make your suggestions and lets continue to make this game best in 2021!
