Donuts – reţeta de gogoşi americane
Ingrediente:
250 ml lapte
50 grame zahăr tos
2 ouă
75 grame unt fără sare
480 grame de făină
7 grame de drojdie uscată
un vârf de lingură de sare
ulei de floarea soarelui pentru prăjit

Preparare:
Într-o crăticioară la foc mic puneţi laptele şi untul şi amestecaţi până se topeste untul.
Opriţi focul şi lăsaţi să se răcorească amestecul.

Într-un castron amestecaţi ingredientele uscate: jumătate din cantitatea totală de făina, drojdia, sarea şi zahărul.
Bateţi lejer cele 2 ouă. Nu este nevoie să se facă spumă ci doar să fie omogenizate.
Adăugaţi în castron, peste ingredientele uscate, ouăle şi amestecul de lapte cu unt.
Amestecaţi cu un mixer până se omogenizează.
Adăugaţi restul de făină treptat amestecând cu mixerul sau frământând cu mâna.
După ce aţi încorporat toată făina, frământaţi de mână 5 minute aluatul.

Acoperiţi cu folie de plastic şi lăsaţi la dospit o oră.
Întindeţi aluatul cu sucitorul într-o foaie subţire şi egală de 2,5 cm. Suprafaţa trebuie să fie curată, dreaptă şi uşor pudrată cu faină.
Tăiaţi gogoşile cu forma de tăiat sau cu un pahar. În mod normal o goaşă americană are 7-8 cm diametru la tăiat.
Lăsaţi gogoşile tăiate la dospit încă jumătate de oră.

Într-o tigaie adâncă puneţi uleiul pentru prăjit şi încălziţi-l bine. Prăjiţi gogoşile pe rând până se rumenesc, câte 2 minute pe fiecare parte.
Scoateţi-le pe o farfurie tapetată cu hârtie pentru a elimina excesul de ulei.
După ce s-au răcorit, adăugaţi glazura dorită.
Timp de pregătire: 20 minute + 1 oră şi jumătate pentru dospire

Timp de gătire: 15 minute

Porţii: 12 gogoşi

After a good game in csgo, i added him because he seemed like a cool guy. We got chatting, over the next couple of months we became good friends. Lots of banter, lots of great CS and most importantly true friendship.
