This game is a poor excuse for even a port.

1. Consistantly crashes on a high end machine.
2. Jumps from 15-30FPS and is locked at 30FPS. (I use a GTX 980)
3. Bad joystick support and no keyboard and mouse support, yet doesn't say a 360 controller is required on the store page.
4. 'HD' graphics are about as HD as Donkey Kong Jr on the Colecovision. You can play it on 1080, but the graphics look no different.

If you already bought this, I'd recommend getting a refund. If you pre-purchased it for the Dota2 items, get a refund and just wait until Sept. 2nd. You will be able to buy those items on the Steam Marketplace dirt cheap at that point.

As long as the masses continue to buy bad ports, companies like this will continue to put out bad ports. Vote with your money - Get a refund or don't buy at all.

This is coming from a fanboy who's been playing FF games since FF1 came out for the NES.

No problems here either.
But the grafic is way to low for Square Enix.

AMD R9 270
16 GB RAM
WIn 8.1 64bit

you right its enough with crappy port its just an excuse for more money,seriously they make no effort to uppgrade this game ,i played it when it come on psp and that was good when they decided to make a port i thought obviously an HD port on psvita but NOOOOOOOO!!! they port a "mobile console " game into a home console... that was shit after that they decided another port on pc this time did they learn from their mistake?did they make a full optimisation and upgrade?.......OBVIOUSLY NOT:steamfacepalm:

The PC is neither PS4 nor XBOne. And from what I'm seeing, the PS4 'HD' release is pretty much crap, too. And it's not only the 30FPS lock. . . There's also the crashes and other bugs.

30 fps isn't unplayable, plenty of games on PS4 and XBONE run at 30 fps, people have played at 30 fps for years not that big of a deal. Also not a full price release so expecting a from the ground up pc build is completely unreasonable.

Every Final Fantasy is running on 30 FPS. Final Fantasy 8 was running in cutscenes in 15 - LOCKED!
Besides that 30 FPS was the norm in the past. Stop whining idiot. Just enjoy a good game.

Hmm I was wondering about this. The pre-order bonuse are still in your inventory... I don't think they take them away at all even if you get a refund.

just cry...here is gtx 760 and no have problems with fps...not like? dont buy is better that cry
