Is it what I really wanted in the 4th installment in this series...not quite. Not as dark as I was hoping for and the writing was not as good as I expected (some places it was pretty cringe). However, being that Inquisition came out 10 years ago and the Bioware team that worked on the previous three games is not the current team, I was committed to keeping an open mind. The look and feel is more art-like and less photo-realistic but that stopped bothering me a few hours in. I guess my biggest complaint is that this felt like a PG version of what I expect in a Dragon Age game.

It may seem like I have more of a negative view of the game but that ended up not being the case. The combat feels GREAT! I'm a Rogue main and it was smooth regardless of subclass. I just completed my 2nd playthrough (both runs as Rogue with the 2nd on Nightmare difficulty and started a 3rd run as a Mage). Obviously, I enjoyed the game enough to keep coming back. Even through I thought the story and choices could have been better, I still really enjoyed throughout.

I also have to compliment Bioware/EA on how clean and polished a release it was. I ran into zero bugs on my 1st playthrough. I was shocked expecting to have to reload a previous save somewhere to get around some nonsense.

Overall, It's definitely a fresh take on the series so if you try to keep an open mind like I did it will be more enjoyable.

Wow. For a good bit I wasn't having the crashes many did on launching the game and during the opening mission. I thought I was good, but I was wrong. To avoid spoilers, I'll just that a later fast-paced graphic-intensive mission required me to put everything on low and turn many settings off to barely get through without crashing. I thought I was good after that. Now I'm at a mission that even when settings or low/off is blue screening me. It is unplayable at this point. I'm not going to spend time ranting about another AAA title being released with poor optimization and lack of thorough testing - which seems to be the new norm. I cannot recommend this game in it's current state until these issues are looked into and corrected.

This game was super fun. This game easily makes up for how terrible Assault Horizon was. I'm by no means an ace pilot, but the game had a good balance of difficulty while making you still feel like a bad ass. I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed the story. I definitely recommend picking it up.

What an absolute POS. The only part of this game that is enjoyable is playing stealthy and sniping. That's it. The story is absolute garbage. They try and fail miserably at building up emotions so that when you get to the 5 second terribly written ending, you could care less. This is basically a "wanna be" knock off of Ghost Recon Wildlands; except the maps are super small and there is about 50 hrs less of content. I purchased the gamne when it was half off and it isn't even worth that. Wait until it is around $10. The sniping as always is fun, but everything else....meh.

Here we go again. Can't connect to Black Ops 3. Error code whatever. Off to a great start. Seems to be pretty split betweenpeople who can and can't connect. Thanks guys.

Lots of cool ideas in this game. Interesting story and good intertwinement between cut scenes and gameplay. The combat gameplay started out like it might be something different that would constantly build throughout the game but it felt short in that category. Still slightly fun to roll through the game beating up on enemies with combos, but it's the story and other elements that keeps it interested.

Even in it's Beta stage, this game is pretty fun. The customization/gear selection is a bit different and in my opinion is what makes it cool. The A.I. in co-op needs some work. Still a few kinks to work out but a fun game to pass the time.

If you haven't bought this game yet...DON'T!!! On PC the framrate, and glitched out gameplay is absolute garbage. They "patched" it but I see little to no difference. The framerate sucks even on a brand new rig. Almost unplayable. The menu screen lags for crying out loud. Not too mention the amount of hackers. Sorry COD, I'm done with your universe. COD4 was the last real good one.

Terrible PC port. That is all.
