Horizon Zero Dawn is an outstanding open-world game!

Its a very dynamic, and intriguing world and story to play through, it honestly feels lika a perfect mix of scifi and fantasy.
Visually, HZD is stunning and boasts some of the best looking vistas I've seen in any game..
On the surface the game takes place among primitive tribes where bows and arrows are the primary weaponry. Underneath that is a lost civilization, technologically superior yet curiously extinct.

The unique combat system and story are both excellent!
You will encounter nearly 30 different types of hostile machines, each with different behaviors and strategies for destroying.
The start of the game is simple but quickly ramps up in complexity.

Sure it had a bit of a bumby launch on PC, but the team has been faithful to regularly deliver updates to improve game play and fix glitches ever since.
