As we have covered earlier, conducting a SWOT analysis of the digitalisation project informed us that the main threats for the future of the company are: low engagement, reluctance to change and cyber-security risks. However, the opportunities for optimisation, competitivity and workflow improvement that lie ahead must be kept in mind at all times to remain confident in our transition towards a client-centric, computer-accelerated flow of information.

As we strive to remain the number one global player in our field, we must address our weaknesses (mainframe architecture, data analysis) and leverage our strength (outstanding financial performance, intrapreneurial corporate culture) to thrive in the new world of possibilities that open before our eyes.
